Uses
Add one drop to citrus blends or diffuse with Clove and Ginger during fall and winter.
Take one to two drops in veggie smoothies for added immune support.
Combine one drop with Coconut Oil and massage for a warming sensation.
Combine one to two drops along with Lemon in a glass of water to support healthy digestion and metabolism.
Blends well with
Cedarwood, Clove, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, Wild Orange, and Ylang Ylang essential oils for diffusion.
Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Dilute one to two drops with Coconut Oil then apply to desired area.
Recipes:
Warming Massage
3 drops Cassia Essential Oil
1 ounce Carrier Oil
Mix well and massage into affected area.
Personal Inhaler Blend
3 drops Cassia Essential Oil
5 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
Inhale as needed for a healthy immune system.
Potpourri Blend
Pinecones, acorns, and/or dried botanicals placed in glass bowl
Add Cassia, Cedarwood, Clove, and/or Orange Essential oils
Stir every few days and add more oils as needed.
