Recipes:
Stomach Cramping Relief
5 drops Orange Essential Oil
5 drops Chamomile Essential Oil
4 Bergamot Essential Oil
5 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
Add to 2 ounces of cream/lotion. Apply to abdomen and lower back every few hours.
Lip Balm
1/2 oz Beeswax – Pellets
1/2 oz Jojoba Oil
1/2 oz Cocoa Butter
1/2 oz Coconut Oil
40 drops Orange Essential Oil
18-20 5 ml Lip Balm Tubes
Fill pot about 1/3 full with water and place Pyrex measuring cup in pot on wire rack. (Or use a double boiler) Place on stovetop burner high enough for a simmer or low boil
Add Beeswax and Jojoba Oil to Pyrex cup and stir until melted. Add the cocoa butter and continue stirring until melted. Add Coconut Oil and stir and take off burner as soon as it is melted.
Add the drops of essential oil, stir, and pour or pipette into lip balm tubes.
If the lip balm starts to harden, just place the Pyrex back into hot water to liquify again .
Allow to harden a few minutes before covering. Allow to cool/harden a few hours before use.
