3 drops Geranium Essential Oil
3 drops Cajeput Essential Oil
2 tsp Jojoba Oil
Mix ingredients and massage on the abdomen during times of menstrual discomfort.

After a day out in the sun and heat, try this refreshing body mist, which can also be used as a room freshener.
6 drops Lavender Essential Oil
5 drops Geranium Essential Oil
2 drops Lemon Essential Oil
3-5 additional drops total drops of your choice:
Cedarwood Essential Oil
Chamomile Essential Oil
Mandarin Essential Oil
Add oils to one ounce of water in a spray bottle, shake, and enjoy!
