Personal Inhaler for Studying
7 drops Rosemary
7 drops Lemon
Before a big test in school, make this inhaler. Sniff the inhaler frequently while studying; then just before the test, sniff again several times
Warming Massage Oil
4 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
2 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil
4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
2 drops Ginger Essential Oil
1 ounce Carrier Oil
Mix together and massage into sore, tight muscles as needed.

6 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
6 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

1 cup Cornstarch
Place cornstarch in a non-reactive bowl. Very slowly, and stirring constantly to prevent lumps, add the essential oils. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to an 8 ounce resealable glass jar.
Using a cotton ball, apply the powder to your feet, particularly between your toes. Use after bathing and before bed. Also, sprinkle inside socks and shoes.
