Circulation Support Massage Blend
5 drops Ginger Essential Oil
3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
9 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
3 drops Lemon Essential Oil
2 ounces Jojoba Oil
Mix and shake well. Apply enough to cover the area and massage where needed to support circulation.
Personal Inhaler
5 drops Ginger Essential Oil
5 drops of Fennel Essential Oil
5 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil
Add oils to wick of inhaler and inhale as needed.
Tummy Massage
4 drops Ginger Essential Oil
5 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
8 drops Lavender Essential Oil
2 ounces Sweet Almond Oil
Mix and shake well. Apply a teaspoon over the abdomen and massage.
Soothing Muscle Bath
1 drop Ginger Essential Oil
1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil
2 drops Frankincense (Serrata) Essential Oil
1 tablespoon Jojoba oil
1/2 cup Epsom salts
Stir together and add to running bath water for a relaxing soak.
Muscle Rub
10 drops of Ginger Essential Oil
6 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
10 drops Frankincense (Serrata) Essential Oil
10 drops Copaiba Essential Oil
2 ounces Avocado Oil
Mix and shake well. Apply to sore muscles as needed.
