Uses
Put 2 drops in empty veggie capsule to maintain a healthy immune system.
Place 1 drop of Cinnamon essential oil in hot water or tea and drink slowly to soothe your irritated throat.
Put 2–3 drops in a spray bottle for a quick and effective cleaning spray.
During your nightly routine, add one drop to two ounces of water and gargle for an effective mouth rinse.
Dilute with Coconut Oil and create a warming massage for cold, achy joints during winter time.
Blends well with
Black Pepper, Clove, Ginger, Geranium, Cardamom, Bergamot, Frankincense, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon, Wild Orange, Melaleuca (Tea Tree), and Ylang Ylang essential oils for diffusion.
Recipes:
Foot Rub:
1 drop cinnamon
8 drops bergamot essential oil
2 drops patchouli essential oil in ½ oz of carrier oil.
Apply to bottoms of feet.
Deodorizing Room Spray:
1 drop cinnamon
3 drops clove essential oil
3 drops cedarwood essential oil
6 drops tea tree essential oil
6 drops lemon essential oil.
Mix in 2 cups water and use in spray bottle.
